Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of this website and any excursion or transfer you book with us. By making a booking you accept them.
1. Who we are
TravelOut Tunisia (“we”, “us”) operates private and small-group excursions and airport transfers in Tunisia. You can reach us at travel-out@outlook.com or +216 27 460 042.
2. Bookings & confirmation
When you submit a booking request you receive a reference number and a confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if the experience is unavailable, if details are incorrect, or in cases of suspected fraud — in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown per the options you select and are quoted in euros (EUR); other currencies shown on the site are indicative conversions for guidance only. Unless stated otherwise, the default option is reserve now, pay in cash on arrival — you pay your driver/guide directly on the day of the experience. The amount payable is the EUR total shown at checkout. Entrance fees, meals and extras are included only where explicitly listed.
4. Cancellations & changes
You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time; see our cancellation policy for full details. To cancel or change a booking, contact us with your reference number. We may reschedule or adjust an itinerary for reasons of safety, weather, site closures or events beyond our control; if we cannot deliver a materially equivalent experience, you are entitled to a full refund of any sum paid to us.
5. Your responsibilities
Please be ready at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time, provide accurate contact details, and follow reasonable safety instructions from your guide or driver. You are responsible for holding valid travel documents and for informing us of accessibility needs, allergies or medical conditions in advance so we can accommodate them.
6. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, nor for personal belongings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We strongly recommend that all travellers hold appropriate travel insurance.
7. Content & intellectual property
The content on this website is provided for information and may change without notice. Photographs are used for illustration. You may not reproduce our content for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Tunis, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
